Search Warrants Grand County Sheriff

Six search warrants had their seals expire on Feb. 22, 2022, but the next day, five of those search warrants were resealed. And the day after that, the sixth warrant as well was sealed. Further, Grand County Sheriff stated in a press release that the seals on those six warrants were allowed to expire because the information was not relevant and the person of interest named had been cleared.

Because of that. I will not be posting any actual warrants on this page or on social media except warrants that are public. If the warrants are sealed then there must be a reason. I don't want to work against law enforcement. The Tower Dump Warrant is the only one that is still publicly available as of 2/24/2022.

Also, we don't know all the warrants. We only know of the warrants that have been unsealed for any length of time.

This individual was cleared per PR of 2/23/2021 by Grand County Sheriff's Office.

Storage Unit Warrant 8/19/21

This warrant may have been unsealed for a short while as the media discussed its contents. However, it hasn't been available for months. I do not have a copy and I have never actually seen this warrant. There were media stories about it.

Van Search Warrant 8/19/21 #2305111

This search warrant was public for some time. However, when checking on Feb. 24, 2022 I noticed this search warrant, for the 1987 van, is no longer public. Thus, I have removed it from my website and will not be sharing it unless and until it is public again.
